30-Day Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for your first return.
If a second return is initiated for the same order, a restocking fee may apply.

The return address is brand-specific.

Important Notes

  • Customized products specifically made for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Clearance, final sale, and last-chance items are not eligible for returns.

  • Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.
    Returns are only accepted with original packaging included.

  • Customers may cancel an order and request a full refund before the order is shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. Reason for the return

Return Conditions

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Currently, returns are available only in the USA.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and in unused condition.

  • Stylex Beast reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy standards.

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@stylexbeast.com with photos or details.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return for the item you currently have.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures faster processing and availability.

Refunds

a) Your order number
b) The reason for the refund request
c) Clear photos if the item arrived damaged

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
